Available Positions:

Field Service Representatives

This role will primarily be hunting new business and we are seeking a highly motivated, success-driven individual to accomplish this. As an Sales Representative for our motive power products and services, responsibilities will include management of the entire sales process, including:

• Prospecting & Cold Contacting for new business through industry sources.

• Working closely with the Division Sales Director on a territory attack plan.

• Presenting prospects with specific, meaningful solutions.

• Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.

• Developing a strong understanding of customer applications and solutions.

• Using Alpine’s sales management system (CRM) to manage the sales process.

Industrial Battery & Charger Technicians

This role will primarily be visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions. 

• Observes, analyzes, and determines corrective course of action for service and repair of customer equipment.

• Performs necessary repairs on batteries and chargers to correct analyzed situations in a professional and productive manner.

• Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions.

• Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers according to Company policies and procedures.

• Repairing industrial chargers to include component testing, replacement, and installation.

• Washes, cleans and neutralizes customer's batteries at customers site and in shop.

• Order fulfillment – preparing batteries and charger for shipment

• Palletizes batteries and chargers and makes ready for shipment either by common carrier or company vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.

• Battery charging and testing

• Loading and unloading semi-trucks (Shipping and Receiving)
