Alpine Purchases Service Arm of North American Battery OEM

We are excited to announce that Alpine Power Systems has purchased the critical power service arm of a North American stationary battery OEM.

Alpine acquired assets from this OEM including vehicles, tooling, materials, and equipment. Most importantly, their talented and experienced critical power technicians will be joining Alpine’s Service Organization. This acquisition will support the growth of Alpine’s Critical Power Service Business nationwide.
