Alpine Power Systems is actively monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak throughout North America. Alpine Power Systems considers the health and safety of our employees and customers our top priority. We are constantly evaluating how to continue providing you with the best possible service while following the updates, recommendations, and protocols issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Our customers depend on Alpine Power Systems to quickly respond to their critical power (telecom, data centers, utilities, government, etc.) & supply chain / manufacturing (medical, food, etc.) needs.

As of March 18th, 2020, Alpine’s offices are currently open, and our service teams are fully operational. Our investments in systems and technology will permit our coordinator and support associates to work remotely if that becomes necessary. We are currently honoring all commitments, and we will communicate promptly if that changes as a result of this evolving situation.

Importantly, Alpine will institute a Mandatory Quarantine Period, if required. Any employee who has symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19 will be quarantined from Alpine’s offices, employees, customers, and business partners for fourteen (14) days. We are also advising our employees to remain at home if they are sick or display even mild symptoms.

The CDC provides regular updates and guidelines on COVID-19. For the CDC’s latest information, click here.

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation closely and will update you, as new information is made available. Please contact us at 877.993.8855 or at connect@alpinepowersystems.com with any questions.

Updates from Alpine:

3/19/20:

Alpine Power Systems has received authorization from the Department of Homeland Security granting our team access to provide support toward our nation's critical communications infrastructure.

These critical communications facilities are necessary to ensure that first responders, emergency responders, public messaging, and 911 communications are functional during this period of National Emergency to provide lifesaving capabilities.

This enables Alpine to provide support during restricted travel periods and curfews. Our team is ready to support our nation in these trying times.
